AIM Evening Out: AIM attendees will be treated to an incredible evening out to help inspire and spark their creativity. Sponsorship includes a free trade show booth, sponsor name on the website, in the AIM conference magazine, signage at the event, and a shout-out during the evening out. Sponsor will also receive one free registration to give away to a lucky winner. $10,000 

Speaker Sponsor: Our incredible speaker team is the lifeblood of the conference, bringing their expertise and creativity to help inspire and educate conference attendees. Sponsorship includes sponsor name on the website, in the AIM conference magazine, on the speaker sign, and a shout-out during the event. $1,500

Bag Lunch: Help the AIM attendees replenish their creative energy! Each attendee will receive a bag lunch containing their choice of a sandwich or salad, plus fruit, chips, a drink and a desert. Image Competition Trophy: The AIM Creative Showcase & Awards celebrates the boundless creativity of artists inspired by animals. This open juried competition invites photographers, painters, sculptors, illustrators, and digital creators to share their vision of the animal world. Accepted works will be featured in the AIM Creative Exhibition and honored during the 2026 Animal Image Makers™ Creative Conference. Sponsorship includes sponsor name on the trophy, website, in the AIM conference magazine, and a shout-out during the event. $150

Idea Lab Challenge: This group challenge will get attendees working together to create one piece of art. Their different strengths will bring together real-world collaboration in a unique way, encouraging teamwork and creative brainstorming. Sponsorship includes sponsor name on the website, in the AIM conference magazine, and a shout-out during the event and artwork reveal. $1,000

Conference Lanyards: All attendees and speakers will be required to wear their badge throughout the conference. Sponsored lanyards will be given to each attendee to wear with their badge. Sponsorship includes sponsor name imprinted on the lanyard and a shout-out during the conference. Sponsor both the badges and lanyards and receive a 20% discount on both! $750

Conference Badges: All conference attendees and speakers will be required to wear their badge throughout the weekend. Sponsored badges will be given to each attendee will be required for admission to events and to help attendees get to know one another . Include your logo for visibility all weekend! Swag Bag Stuffers: We KNOW you have some fun things to share with attendees! Send us 175 pieces of your branded swag to include in the swag bags and make AIM attendees drool for your company. Sponsorship includes your supplied stuffers inserted in each bag for attendees. This sponsorship fee of $1 per attendee gives your company face time with qualified prospects and helps cover the time cost of stuffing the bags. $175

Conference Notebooks: Each attendee will receive a notebook to record the gems of information they will get from our amazing speaker team. Your logo will stay in front of attendees throughout the conference as well as once they are home and referring back to their notes. Sponsorship includes sponsor name on the notebooks, in the AIM conference magazine, and a shout-out during the event. $750

Morning Coffee:Attendees will thank you for the caffeine buzz each morning as they wake up for their first session of the day.
